BricsVest

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BricsVest ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the BricsVest digital investment platform, including all associated services, content, features, applications, software, investment tools, and communications provided by us (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, without limitation or qualification.
Eligibility and Jurisdictional Use
The BricsVest Platform is intended for use only by individuals and entities who are legally eligible to engage in digital financial transactions under applicable laws in their jurisdiction. By accessing our services, you warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority as required in your jurisdiction. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization or corporate entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Access to our services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory, legal, or compliance considerations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of BricsVest does not violate any local laws, financial restrictions, trade embargoes, or sanctioned activity regulations, including but not limited to those issued by the United Nations, U.S. Department of Treasury’s OFAC, or regional BRICS financial compliance authorities.
Account Registration, Maintenance, and Closure
You are required to register for an account to utilize most features on BricsVest. During the registration process, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, contact information, and verification documents necessary for KYC and AML compliance. Failure to provide accurate data may result in your account being suspended or permanently restricted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including login passwords, 2FA settings, and recovery phrases. Any activity conducted through your account shall be considered authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized activity, you must notify BricsVest immediately via secure support channels.
You may request the closure of your account at any time. BricsVest reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate user accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, suspicious behavior, misuse of platform features, or failure to comply with these Terms.
Investment Products and Financial Risk
BricsVest provides access to a suite of investment vehicles, including but not limited to long-term digital asset plans, staking pools, short-duration cycle products, and custom enterprise funding solutions. Each product is governed by specific terms disclosed at the point of investment. All investments carry inherent financial risk, including the potential loss of principal.
We do not guarantee returns or capital preservation unless expressly stated within a particular plan. Investment outcomes may vary due to market conditions, macroeconomic fluctuations, and platform-level liquidity dynamics. BricsVest does not offer financial, tax, or legal advice. Users are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals before engaging in investment activity.
BricsVest is not responsible for market volatility, project underperformance, or third-party actions that affect asset value. Any decision to invest is made solely at your discretion and risk.
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
In accordance with international regulatory requirements and BricsVest’s internal compliance framework, all users are required to complete identity verification. This process may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of residence, source of funds, tax information, and biometric data where applicable.
Failure to pass KYC/AML screening may result in restricted access, delayed withdrawals, blocked deposits, or permanent account closure. BricsVest cooperates with financial intelligence units (FIUs), law enforcement, and regulatory authorities in cases of suspicious activity or financial crime reporting.
You may be required to undergo periodic re-verification, particularly when your account reaches new transaction thresholds or engages in restricted financial activities.
Acceptable Use and User Conduct
By using BricsVest, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Using the Platform to launder funds, finance terrorism, or engage in unlawful transactions
Exploiting or attempting to manipulate investment algorithms or staking systems
Impersonating another user or misrepresenting your affiliation
Gaining unauthorized access to data, source code, accounts, or system components
Initiating DDoS attacks, malware injection, phishing, or scraping
Circumventing regional restrictions or sanctions using VPNs, proxy networks, or obfuscation tools
We reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and restrict access to any accounts found to be engaging in behavior that violates these provisions.
Fees, Charges, and Platform Revenue
BricsVest may charge users service fees, performance commissions, withdrawal costs, plan activation fees, and administrative charges, depending on the type of transaction and investment selected. All applicable fees are disclosed transparently before the confirmation of any financial action.
Fees are subject to revision and will be updated periodically. Users will be notified of material changes in fee structures through platform notifications, emails, or dashboard alerts. BricsVest reserves the right to waive or discount fees under promotional programs or loyalty tiers.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting all fee terms before proceeding with transactions.
Platform Access, Service Interruptions, and Maintenance
While BricsVest strives to ensure continuous service availability, there may be times when the Platform is temporarily inaccessible due to maintenance, upgrades, security audits, third-party outages, or force majeure events. BricsVest will endeavor to provide notice for scheduled downtimes but shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
You agree that your ability to invest, withdraw, or interact with Platform features may be delayed or restricted during these events. Any critical transaction processing will resume as soon as operational stability is restored.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with BricsVest, including but not limited to branding, software code, platform structure, documentation, product names, data models, designs, and investment tools, is the exclusive property of BricsVest or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, lawful investment purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written authorization.
Any unauthorized use of BricsVest intellectual property may result in legal action, account termination, and financial damages.
External Content and Third-Party Integrations
BricsVest may integrate third-party content, such as live market data, price feeds, external wallet support, fiat gateways, and news aggregators. While we strive to ensure reliability, we do not endorse or warrant the accuracy, availability, or safety of third-party services.
Use of external services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms, policies, and security practices. BricsVest disclaims all liability for damages or data breaches resulting from third-party integrations.
Account Suspension, Freezing, and Termination
BricsVest reserves the right to freeze, restrict, or terminate user accounts with or without prior notice if:
- You are found to be in violation of these Terms
Regulatory agencies request access to your data or activity logs
Fraudulent transactions are detected
You fail to pass periodic compliance reviews
Platform integrity is at risk due to your activity
Upon termination, any funds held in active investment plans will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy and subject to final audits.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BricsVest provides its Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of investment data, success of investment plans, or protection from external cyberattacks.
You acknowledge and accept that investing in digital assets carries risk and that you assume full responsibility for all investment decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BricsVest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, investment failures, account access delays, unauthorized account activity, or data breach.
BricsVest’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid in fees within the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BricsVest and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BricsVest is incorporated. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
Disputes may first be resolved through mediation or arbitration where applicable.
Amendments to Terms and Platform Policies
BricsVest reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time. All updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
